Emily's most recent role was at Warrior Sports, where they initially worked as an Associate Product & Brand Manager for Brine Women's Lacrosse from 2015 to 2018. In this position, they assisted in product and brand management, managed partner contracts, negotiated athlete contracts, and handled social media strategy. Emily then became a Product Manager at Warrior Sports in 2018.

Throughout their career, Emily has gained experience in product and brand management, sales planning, customer service, coaching, and grassroots activation in the lacrosse industry.

Emily Spalding attended Fontbonne University from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
