Vincent Arpin has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Vincent began their professional journey in 2002 as a Maintenance Mechanic at QIT, where they worked for four years. In 2007, they joined CompuMedia Design Inc. as an Industrial Designer and Project Manager. Vincent then moved to Reebok CCM Hockey in 2011, where they worked as an Industrial Designer. Since 2012, Vincent has been working at Warrior Sports as a Senior Product Developer for Player, Goalie, and Bag categories. In this role, they have been responsible for managing the development calendar, overseeing the tooling budget, ensuring effective communication with suppliers, and traveling overseas to solidify vendor relationships and explore new materials and technologies. Vincent has also played a key role in the creation of a patented technology and in the production transition from one vendor to another. Additionally, they led the smooth relocation of the R&D office.
Vincent Arpin obtained their DESS degree in Gestion from HEC Montréal from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their BAC degree in Design industriel from Université de Montréal between 2003 and 2007. Vincent'seducational journey began at CÉGEP Sorel-Tracy, where they pursued a Technique degree in Génie-mécanique from 2000 to 2003.
