Jennifer A. Wade, APRN, FNP-C, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Warriors Heart since September 2019 and as a Nurse Practitioner at High Plains Senior Care Hospice since November 2020. Previously, Jennifer worked as a staff RN at First Choice Emergency Room from April 2018 to March 2020 and as a BSN, RN with Methodist Health System from July 2011 to January 2019. Jennifer holds a Master’s in Nursing, Family Practice Nurse/Nursing from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, completed in 2019, as well as a Bachelor’s in Science and Nursing, Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, obtained in 2010 from the same institution.

Warriors Heart
Warrior’s Heart provides private treatment to adult men and women (18 and older) who are seeking inpatient treatment for chemical dependencies and co-occurring psychological disorders relating to PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and/or psychological effects of MTBI (mild traumatic brain injury). Our facility specializes in serving Warriors. These are the men and women who are currently active and veteran members from organizations who protect and serve the citizens of the United States (e.g, Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force, Law Enforcement, Fire, Paramedics, First Responders, Hospital Personnel, Civilian Warriors, Athletes and the like). We are a community of elder warriors, healers and support staff united in the battle against addiction and PTSD. Together, we serve and support our fellow warriors who are still suffering.
