Clara Borda

Clara Borda is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in language instruction and immersion programs. Currently serving as a Dual Immersion Teacher at Warsaw Community Schools since August 2021, Clara also works as an IB examiner for Spanish A: literature with the International Baccalaureate. Clara founded MB Language Learning, a Colombian-based language company dedicated to bridging language and culture gaps through tailored language programs. Previous roles include teaching Spanish and ESL at Knightsbridge Schools International, dual immersion teaching at Pine Lake Preparatory, and professorship at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Clara holds a Master of Education in Literacy from Bluffton University and additional master's degrees in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language and Spanish Language Teacher Education from Universitat de Barcelona and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, respectively, along with a Bachelor in Modern Languages from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
