Joanna Elster possesses a strong background in finance and business management, currently serving as a PL Pharma and Health Care Finance Manager at Procter & Gamble since February 2021. Joanna has also held positions such as CE Feminine Care Business Planning Manager and Managerial Logistics Trainee – Customer Demand Planner within the same company. Additionally, Joanna is an active member and Vice President at SKN Konsultingu since November 2017. Previous experience includes a marketing internship at Unilever and a WEX internship at PwC Polska. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Financial Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Bachelor's degrees in Business and Economics from Universitat de Barcelona and Global Business, Finance and Governance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

Warsaw Consulting Club is a Warsaw School of Economics students organisation with over 20 years of traditions and innovative approach to modern business problems. Currently, there are over 150 members and alumni of the club, actively promoting our motto: "To know more. Together.". Members of our club have unique possibilities for acquiring new qualifications and learning more about the world of business. Projects carried out by our club are of the highest quality and professionalism, appreciated not only by other students but also the governors of the university and the representatives of the biggest companies in Poland. Our club grows dynamically, creating innovative projects, fulfilling the needs of both students and employers, as well as cooperating with the most respected companies in the industry.
