Heli Hiisilä

Heli Hiisilä possesses extensive experience in portfolio and offering development within the technology and engineering sectors. As General Manager of Offering Development at Wärtsilä, Heli focused on lifecycle solutions and innovative service concepts. Previously, as Head of Portfolio Management for Information Management at Wärtsilä, Heli enhanced IT portfolio management practices. At KONE, Heli served as Portfolio Management Owner and contributed to the company's strategy transformation, while also managing new services and digital solutions. Earlier roles included Development Manager at Mutual Pension Insurance Company Ilmarinen and Luottokunta, along with Project Manager at Tieto, emphasizing skills in business process improvement and IT development. Heli holds a Master of Science and a Licentiate degree in Computer and Information Science from Aalto University.
