Lindsay Forney

Lindsay Forney is an experienced HR professional with a focus on human resources information systems and employee engagement. Currently serving as an HRIS Expert at Wärtsilä, Lindsay has expertise in managing employee lifecycle surveys and troubleshooting systems like Qualtrics and SuccessFactors. Previously, as Human Resources Manager at American Hydro, Lindsay managed crisis responses during the COVID-19 pandemic, implemented a new HRIS/payroll system, and enhanced employee compliance and satisfaction.
