Michael Soehngen

Michael Soehngen is a professional with extensive experience in the marine and propulsion sectors. Currently serving as Proposal Sales for Propulsion at Wärtsilä since April 2018, Michael previously held various roles at Rolls-Royce Marine from May 2010 to April 2018, including Operations Manager for Field Services in the Americas, Workshop Superintendent, and Field Service Engineer. Prior experience includes training as a Midshipman and Engine Cadet at the US Merchant Marine Academy from June 2006 to June 2010, and a Shipyard Management Internship at Detyens Marine Industries in 2009. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering and Shipyard Management from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
