Mikael Wideskog

Mikael Wideskog has over three decades of experience in the engineering and energy sectors, primarily with Wärtsilä since 1997, where current roles include Director of Sustainable Fuels & Decarbonisation and General Manager of Technology Strategy & Innovation Process. Previous positions at Wärtsilä encompass leadership in research, technology programs, and gas engine development. Prior to joining Wärtsilä, Mikael Wideskog served as Project Manager at Cummins Wärtsilä Engine Company and held various engineering roles starting from 1986, including co-founding Mansetek Ay. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Vasa Tekniska Läroanstalt.
