Octavio Rocha

Octavio Rocha is a seasoned business development leader with extensive experience in the energy and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the GM for Business Development in the Americas Central Region at Wärtsilä since July 2022, Octavio oversees new engine initiatives across multiple countries including Mexico and several South American nations. Previous roles include Head of Sales for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at Siemens Energy, Vice President of Sales at Ruhrpumpen Global, and Sales Director at GE, where significant contributions were made in power generation projects. Octavio also co-founded CCM Consulting and worked as a systems engineer at Hewlett-Packard, enhancing technical sales capabilities. Academic qualifications include a diploma in Sales & Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Computing Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
