Ronny Nyberg

Ronny Nyberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Wärtsilä, currently serving as the General Manager of Field Service Operations Europe since February 2018. In this role, Ronny leads field service and workshops in Turkey and Azerbaijan, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. Previous positions include AFEU Area Customer Support Manager and General Manager of Special Projects, where Ronny supported various initiatives, including LNG, solar, and nuclear projects in Germany. Prior to these roles, Ronny held the position of General Manager at Wärtsilä Services, focusing on establishing a department dedicated to third-party spare parts. Ronny's career at Wärtsilä began as Chief Design Engineer and later transitioned to Engineering Manager. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Vaasa Polytechnics and an Accredited TIER Designer certification from the Uptime Institute.
