Sophia Boleckis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive leadership experience in employee experience, culture transformation, and HR transformation across various organizations, including Wärtsilä, Ericsson, and Nokia. Currently serving as the Director and Employee Experience Lead at Wärtsilä, Sophia drives strategic HR initiatives and enhances the employee journey through innovative methodologies. Previously at Ericsson, Sophia led initiatives in people experience and employer branding. As a seasoned executive with a background spanning over two decades, Sophia has held significant roles, including CEO of Kidekoru/Solibo Oy and various leadership positions in HR functions across multiple industries. Sophia holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Hanken School of Economics and has pursued further education in design, marketing, and leadership strategies.
