Thomas Gros

Thomas Gros is currently the Chief Project Engineer in Process at Wärtsilä, focusing on process design for Nuclear, Heat Recovery, and Biomass plants. They previously served as a Process Engineer at Citec Engineering from 2007 to 2023, where they specialized in thermal power plants and system design. Thomas began their career as a trainee at Wärtsilä Technology and Wärtsilä Ship Power, before completing a thesis at Heat Engineering Laboratory, Åbo Akademi in 2007. They hold a Master of Science in Technology, with a focus on Process Engineering and Computer Technology, from Åbo Akademi, which they completed in 2007.
