Thomas Liljeqvist

Thomas Liljeqvist has extensive experience in the marine power industry, currently serving as General Manager for Sales in Marine Power for Finland and the Baltics at Wärtsilä since August 2013. Liljeqvist also holds the position of General Manager for Sales in Cruise & Ferry, Navy, Industry, and Energy within the Wärtsilä service unit for the Nordic and Baltic regions. In addition, an Account Manager role has been undertaken at Wärtsilä Finland Oy since May 2015, focusing on services for Finland and Iceland. Previously, membership on the Board of Wärtsilä BLRT Estonia OÜ was held from October 2020 to March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager for Wilhelmsen Ships Service from April 2005 to August 2013, focusing on Finland and Estonia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications from Arcada University of Applied Sciences, completed between 1999 and 2004.
