Torgeir Paulsen

Torgeir Paulsen has extensive experience in sales, product management, and business innovation, currently serving as GM of Sales and Product Management at Wärtsilä since March 2007. In this role, Torgeir oversees global sales and product management for Services and Digital Offering in Wärtsilä Gas Solutions. Previous positions include GM of Digital Offering Portfolio, responsible for launching digital products, and General Manager of the Services Business Unit, where Torgeir led a team with full P/L responsibility for a €300 million company. Torgeir's early career included roles at Aker Solutions and Kvaerner Heurtey, focusing on process engineering and project management. Torgeir holds a Master's degree in Industrial Refrigeration from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, with education spanning two periods from 1991 to 1995 and 2008 to 2009.
