Ashley Grunska

Ashley Grunska is an experienced professional in the catering and hospitality industry with a strong background in sales and event management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Catering at Warwick Hotels and Resorts since November 2022, Ashley has previously held key roles including Senior Catering Sales Manager at The Joule and Coury Hospitality, where responsibilities included selling and servicing social events and managing room blocks. Ashley's extensive experience includes positions at HEI Hotels & Resorts and Aimbridge Hospitality, focusing on both corporate and social events, as well as a foundation in culinary arts as a Catering Pastry Chef at Aramark. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas and a certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts from El Centro College.
