Brian Blad

CFO at Warwick Investment Group

Brian Blad is the Chief Financial Officer of Warwick Investment Group. Brian has significant knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, treasury and private equity fund management across many industries, including real estate and energy. In addition to these areas of focus, he also serves on the Compliance Committee, Executive Committee and Investment Committee at Warwick.

Prior to joining Warwick, Brian was the Financial Controller for American Energy Partners. From 2008 to 2013, he served as the Financial Controller and Treasurer for a number of energy, oil field services and agriculture portfolio companies of the private equity firm Wexford Capital. In his role, he also assisted with the management of a large portfolio of residential and commercial real estate properties. Brian began his career at Ernst & Young, working in the audit and tax departments with a primary focus on real estate and energy clients.

Brian graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an M.B.A. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Brian was named one of the 40 under 40 by Oil and Gas Investor in 2018. He is actively involved in various community organizations, including serving on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County.
