Melissa Condley

Melissa Condley, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Reserves Reservoir Engineer at Warwick Investment Group since October 2023. Previously, Melissa held the position of Lab Design Engineering Manager at Boeing from August 2022 to October 2023. A significant portion of Melissa's career was spent at Chesapeake Energy from October 2008 to March 2022, where Melissa progressed through various roles including Reservoir Engineering Manager and Completions Planning Coordinator, focusing on asset-specific reservoir engineering and project execution. Prior experience includes positions at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company as both a Production Engineer and Process Engineer, emphasizing operational efficiency and process improvements. Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
