Currently, Richard holds the position of Principal/Managing Partner at Broadfield Group and is involved in various leadership roles within the industry, such as President of PIA National. Prior to their current role, Richard also held positions such as Vice President at Insurance Resource Group and VP of Marketing at The Liebert Group.
