Inés Leal is a founding partner of Grupo Tecma Red, S.L., a leading Spanish editorial group specializing in Sustainability, Energy, and New Technologies in Building and Cities since 2000. Leal holds pivotal roles as the Director of the Smart Cities Congress and the Nearly Zero Energy Buildings Congress, both influential forums in Spain. Additionally, Leal serves as Co-Director of the IA Lab COAM at the Official College of Architects of Madrid, focusing on the impact of Artificial Intelligence on architecture. As an active member of various industry committees, including the CEOE Industry and Ecological Transition Commission and the AEDIVE Academic Council, Leal contributes to initiatives promoting sustainability and smart urban development. Educational credentials include a degree in Architecture from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, alongside several specialized certifications in real estate project management and good governance.
