Pierce H. has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the US Managing Director for Wasabi Sushi & Bento since April 2020. Prior to this role, Pierce H. held the position of Vice President of Operations at PRET A MANGER (USA) LIMITED from September 1999 to November 2019. Educationally, Pierce H. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Catering & Institutional Management from University College Birmingham, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1998.
