Scott Stettler is an experienced finance and real estate professional currently serving as COO and President/Managing Director of Wasatch Equity Partners since February 2012. With a background in accounting and finance, Scott has held the position of CFO at both Wasatch Property Management and Wasatch Premier Communities from September 2004 until February 2023, overseeing financial aspects of a $2 billion multi-family real estate portfolio. Prior experience includes roles as a Tax Accountant at Washington Group International and Little-Morris, as well as Internal Auditor and Tax Accountant at Albertsons. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Boise State University, completed in 1998.
