Shan Edwards is an experienced finance professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder of WasatchAir since January 2023, where the focus is on guiding CPA and Advisory Firms in becoming trusted cloud advisors through specialized bootcamps and cloud financial management practices. In addition, Shan has been an Executive at Edwards Advisory Services since June 2014, helping high-growth firms with business strategy, operational excellence, and financial transactions. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer and President of the Cloud Division at Lightstream, Chief Financial Officer at CML Metals Corporation, Chief Financial Officer at ZARS Pharma, Assistant Controller at Flying J, and Audit Manager at KPMG. Shan holds an MBA and a BS in Accounting from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, along with an Associate's degree from Snow College.
