Linda Petersen

Linda Petersen has had extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 1994, they worked as the Associate Director for Research at Policy Analysis for California Education at UC Berkeley and Stanford University until 1997. Linda then worked as a Litigation Consultant at Tara Trask and Associates from 2008 to 2011. Following that, from 2011 to 2013, Linda worked as a Research Consultant at a private consulting firm. In 2013, they joined the University of California system, first as a Program Manager at the Office of the President until October 2013, then as the Associate Director of the Berkeley Evaluation and Assessment Research Center Graduate School of Education at UC Berkeley until March 2016. Most recently, Linda has been working at WASC Senior College and University Commission, first as the Director of Research from April 2016 to June 2019, and currently as the Vice President starting from July 2019.

Linda Petersen has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Education from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology/Social Work from Moravian University. Linda also attended Kinnelon High School, although their degree and field of study during that time are unspecified.
