Eric Thompson currently serves as the Director of Operations at Wash U Carwash since June 2024. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Director of Operations for Illinois and Oklahoma at Velvet Taco from May 2021 to June 2024, where Eric also served as General Manager. Eric's experience includes management roles at Charleston's Restaurant and Razzoo's Cajun Cafe, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and staff. Additionally, Eric worked as a product specialist at Sysco Foods from July 2010 to September 2014. Eric's career began in the US Marine Corps, serving in artillery from December 1997 to December 2005. Education was completed at the University of North Texas.
