Daniel Cruz has a wealth of experience in the beverage industry. Starting in 2008, they were a TuF Account Specialist for Coors Brewing Company, where they received extensive training in category management, wholesaler management, 3-tier dynamics, beer, and sales. Daniel then moved to Black Eagle Imports as the Northern California Area Sales Manager, where they were responsible for Northern California sales and activities for the importer of Imperial Cerveza from Costa Rica. During their tenure, they increased sales by more than 550%. In 2009, they joined DBI Beverage San Francisco as a Category Manager, where they were the designated beer category export. Daniel was responsible for selling and executing store level resets which helped their customers make improvements in volume and profitability. In 2010, they were promoted to Business Intelligence Analyst for CROSSMARK and was responsible for all analytics in support of sales. From 2017-2019, they worked at ALL GOOD NETWORK as a Strategic Partnerships Manager, working with brands to develop partnership opportunities within their network of influential music festivals, cultural events, and creative ninjas. In 2019, they joined GE Healthcare as a Services Marketing Manager. Most recently in 2020, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Washbnb, a start-up with hospitality in their DNA that is compatible with Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, and Booking.

Daniel Cruz's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EGADE Business School in International Business/Marketing from 2006 to 2008. Daniel also completed an IMBA from The University of Memphis in International Business from 2005 to 2006. Further, they obtained a BA in Spanish from the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2003 to 2005, an AA in Economics from Santa Barbara City College from 2001 to 2002, and attended the University of Oregon for one year in 2001 to study Biology. Daniel began their educational journey at Armijo High School from 1996 to 2000. In 2020, Daniel attended Startup School Online for Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
