Carly MacKinnon is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in sports and digital media. Currently serving as the Communications Manager for Rugby Americas North since February 2023, Carly oversees all communications and digital assets for the governing body of rugby in North America and the Caribbean. Previous roles include Senior Communications Specialist and Marketing Program Manager at Seattle Children's since January 2018, Marketing and Communications Director at Seattle Seawolves Rugby, and various positions at Washington Loggers Rugby and Atavus Rugby & Football. Carly is also an active rugby player, serving as a player and manager for the Washington Athletic Club Women's Sevens Rugby team and a member of the Seattle Rugby Club. An alumna of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management, Carly's diverse background reflects a strong commitment to sports marketing, communication strategies, and player development.
