Lauren Barber is a skilled performance analyst and coach with extensive experience in rugby. Currently, Lauren serves as a performance analyst for USA Rugby, contributing to the team's pursuit of a bronze medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics by analyzing data to enhance player and team performance. In addition, Lauren holds the position of assistant coach at Premier Rugby Sevens, where the team achieved the 2022 Series Championship and the inaugural United Championship title. As Girls Conference Director and Vice President at Rugby Washington, Lauren focuses on growing the girls' game and managing competition schedules. With a strong background in player development, Lauren has also served in multiple roles, including performance analyst and director of youth and community at Seattle Seawolves Rugby. Lauren's educational foundation includes a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology from Penn State University.
