Megan Eichenberg began their work experience as a Corporate Communications Intern at Monumental Sports & Entertainment in August 2011. Megan then joined the Washington Capitals in August 2012 as a Communications Coordinator and worked their way up to become a Manager of Communications & Publicity in June 2017. Megan was promoted again in June 2019 to Senior Manager of Communications & Publicity. Currently, Megan holds the position of Director of Corporate Communications & Publicity at the Washington Capitals, starting in October 2021.
Megan Eichenberg holds a Master's degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University. Megan also has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Mary Washington.
