Andrew T. Kaiser is an accomplished academic and business leader with extensive experience in international development consulting. Currently serving as the Associate Professor of Practice and MEIF Entrepreneurship and Innovation Chair at Washington College since July 2025, Andrew previously founded and led The Kaizen Company from August 2004 until June 2025, transforming it from a one-person start-up into a global leader with over 200 professionals and annual revenues surpassing $45 million. Under Andrew's leadership, The Kaizen Company became an industry innovator and was successfully acquired by Tetra Tech in 2021. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of Centers of Excellence Program Manager at Chemonics International from 1999 to 2004. Andrew earned an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Government and International Studies and Economics from the University of South Carolina.
