Choi Halladay

Choi Halladay currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director of Business Operations at the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Choi was the Vice Chancellor of Finance and Operations at Seattle Colleges from July 2020 to June 2021 and the Vice President of Administrative Services at Pierce College District 11 from June 2013 to July 2020, where oversight included finance, safety, facilities, and auxiliary services. Choi also gained significant experience as the Assistant City Manager of Administrative Services for the City of Lakewood, Washington, managing comprehensive administrative functions including finance, IT, human resources, and risk management from May 2007 to June 2013. Earlier roles include Vice President of Finance, Administration, and Technology and Director of Technology at Wenatchee Valley College from 1999 to 2007.
