Connie Broughton

Connie Broughton has extensive experience in the field of eLearning and education. Currently serving as the Director of eLearning and Open Education at the Washington State Board for Community & Technical Colleges since 2001, Connie Broughton oversees a consortium of 34 community and technical colleges, providing essential eLearning tools and leadership in open content and professional development. Connie Broughton holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University and has completed all but dissertation (ABD) in American Studies at Washington State University. Since retiring in October 2015, Connie Broughton has transitioned from active professional engagement.
