Jessica O’Neil

Jessica O’Neil, DO, graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2009, and completed her residency training in Adult Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry in 2014. She is Board-Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Board-Eligible in Child Psychiatry. She is also a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Dr. O’Neil is a native of Wisconsin and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Science and Spanish from Coe College in Iowa. Dr. O’Neil’s research interest is in Eating Disorders and her clinical interest is in a wide variety of aspects of adult and child psychiatry. She began working for the agency in 2014, and in 2015 transitioned to the leadership role of Medical Director.
