Douglas Hormann has a diverse career history, starting as a Petty Officer 2nd Class in the US Navy. After that, Douglas transitioned to the Washington County Sheriff's Office where Douglas held various roles including Deputy Sheriff, Investigator, Emergency Management Coordinator, and School Resource Officer. Douglas retired from the Sheriff's Office in 2014 and continued working part-time as an investigator for the 2018 BJA SAKI Grant. Ultimately, Douglas holds a Bachelor's degree in History & English from Willamette University.
