Joe N. has extensive law enforcement experience, currently serving as a Lieutenant in the Investigations Division at Washington County Sheriff's Office since July 2014. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions, including Sergeant in the Professional Standards Unit and multiple titles at Cornelius Police Department from August 1995 to July 2014, such as Commander/Lieutenant and Acting Chief of Police. Earlier in Joe's career, role as a Police Officer at Yamhill Police Department from February 1991 to August 1995 provided a strong foundational experience in policing. Joe's educational background includes studies at Chemeketa Community College and Lane Community College.
