Morgan Maki possesses extensive experience in operations and management within the culinary and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Washington Farmland Trust since April 2023, Morgan previously held multiple leadership roles at Bio-Logical Capital from June 2014 to July 2024, including Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations. Prior to Bio-Logical Capital, Morgan was the Director of Food Ecosystems & Retail Partnerships at Urban Villages from March 2018 to April 2021, and held various positions at Bi-Rite Market, 18 Reasons, Quince Restaurant, and Radius Restaurant. Morgan's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the New England Culinary Institute, completed from 2003 to 2005.
