Stephanie Peña

Stephanie Peña is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in conservation and people operations. Currently serving as the Conservation Manager for Washington Farmland Trust since August 2022, Stephanie focuses on protecting and stewarding threatened farmland in the state. Previously, Stephanie worked at Sust Global as People Operations Manager and held various roles in the agricultural sector, including Community Farm Manager at Dutchess Outreach and Farmer at Season Farmstead. With a background in recruiting and people operations at companies such as Unity Technologies, Planet Labs, and Capital One, Stephanie has developed a diverse skill set in both the tech and agricultural industries. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Berkeley, and has also studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
