Maulshree U. is an accomplished finance and audit professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, internal audit, and compliance management. Currently serving as Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting, and Manager of SOX & Business Process Improvements at Washington Gas since November 2019, Maulshree previously held significant roles at General Dynamics Mission Systems, American Woodmark, Core-Mark International, Consumers Energy, and in the insurance and consumer goods sectors. Responsibilities have included designing and implementing internal audit plans, managing SOX compliance programs, and overseeing complex audits.
