Lauren Drown has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Call Center Manager at Washington Gastroenterology since October 2016, previously holding the role of Lead Scheduling Coordinator. Prior experience includes a decade at Target, where Lauren progressed from Guest Service Team Member to Guest Service Attendant and ultimately Sales Floor Team Leader, overseeing inventory management and store operations. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Humanities and Social Sciences degree in English Literature with a minor in Classical Studies from Western Washington University, obtained in 2011.
