Mshr Samy Reel

Samy Reel, MSHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People and Culture Partner at the Washington Health Benefit Exchange, where responsibilities include implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives and collaborating on people and culture initiatives. Previously, Samy held roles as HR Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist at the same organization, addressing various HR functions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Potential Coordinator at MultiCare Health System, Knowledge Operations Manager within the United States Air Force, and various leadership positions in student government at Washington State University Vancouver. Samy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources with an emphasis on Public and Non-Profit Leadership from Brandman University, alongside multiple certifications in project management and Microsoft SharePoint.
