Sabrina Shahmir is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and teaching. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Rockwood Company, LLC, since December 2023, Sabrina also serves as Faculty at Washington Improv Theater. Previous roles include Senior Corporate Recruiter at AVER, LLC, and Senior Technical Recruiter at Meta, where responsibilities included delivering client-focused recruitment strategies and supporting various sectors through innovative solutions. Sabrina has vast experience with leading recruitment firms such as Excella and HireStrategy, and has a solid foundation in research and sales from early career roles at CoStar Group and Robert Half Technology. Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Performance from the University of Maryland.
