Robert Gulick's work experience begins in 1989 when they worked as an Elementary School Teacher at St. Monicas. Robert then moved on to the Parma City School District, where they held various roles including Elementary Teacher, Computer Education Facilitator, and Database Administrator between 1990 and 2006. In 2010, they joined Washington Local Schools as the Director of Technology.

Robert Gulick has a diverse education history. Robert began their education at The University of Akron from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Education degree with a focus on Elementary Education. Following this, they attended Baldwin Wallace University from 1990 to 1992 and obtained a Master of Education degree with a specialization in K-12 Reading Certificate.
