Tina Flores-McCleese

Tina Flores-McCleese is an experienced finance professional serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Washington Maritime Blue since February 2020. Additionally, Tina holds the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Washington Nonprofits, where the focus is on empowering nonprofits through enhanced influence and resource connection. Tina's extensive experience includes roles as Managing Principal at Clarity Enterprises since 2006, and previous leadership positions at the Jefferson Community Foundation and Port Townsend Education Foundation. Tina has also notably contributed as Interim Executive Director for Adoption Advocates International and as WA State VP of Finance for AAUW. With a BA in Accounting from Eastern Washington University, Tina brings a strong foundation in financial management and strategic consulting.
