Veasna Hoy

Veasna Hoy, Esq. is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Director of Equity Engagement at Washington Maritime Blue. With a background in law and program management, Veasna has a strong track record in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the maritime industry. Veasna has also held positions as a Program Director at Federal Way Youth Action Team and Seattle University School of Law. Veasna holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Seattle University School of Law and a Masters in Asia Pacific Studies from University of San Francisco.
