Collin Helm, MBA, PMP, is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in capital planning and program execution. Currently serving as Manager of Capital Planning and Program Execution at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) since April 2015, Collin has also held roles including Manager of Finance and Capital Budgets, Senior Financial Officer, and Financial Officer within the organization. Prior experience includes senior financial analyst roles at Total Wine & More and financial analyst positions at Holy Cross Hospital. Collin’s earlier career includes research assistance at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and a marketing consultancy internship at XM Satellite Radio.
