Nalini Mani

Nalini Mani has extensive work experience in organizational development, human capital management, and strategy consulting. Nalini has held various leadership roles in both public and private sector organizations. Nalini has worked with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) since 2014, where their responsibilities included transformational change, organization design, talent management, and change management. Before joining WMATA, they worked at Deloitte, where they focused on organizational transformation and strategic change. Nalini has also worked at STG International, Inc., Booz & Company, Booz Allen Hamilton, Fairfax County Government, State of Maryland Department of Labor, and Marriott International. Nalini'sexpertise lies in areas such as leadership development, organization transformation, workforce planning, and performance management. Currently, they serve as the Interim VP of Digital Modernization Business Operations & Governance at WMATA.

Nalini Mani has a diverse education history. Nalini obtained a Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) degree from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2009. Nalini also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from The George Washington University, as well as a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution. Additionally, Nalini has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organization Development from American University. Nalini completed their undergraduate studies at Sweet Briar College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. Nalini also has various certifications, including Leading Operational Excellence: Executive Education Program from MIT Sloan School of Management, Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci, and another Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) certification from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
