Norie Calvert

Norie Calvert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and contract management. Currently serving as Director at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority since May 2016, Norie has previously held multiple leadership roles at the Maryland State Highway Administration from July 1983 to February 2016, including Director of Procurement & Contract Management and Deputy Director of the Office of Highway Development. Norie's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Morgan State University.
