Phoebe Gregg

Phoebe (Panic) Gregg, EIT, currently serves as an Associate Track Engineer at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, contributing to the Rail Stress Management and Rail and Wheel Interface Programs. Previous experience includes working as a Transportation Engineer at T3 Design Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed field surveys, data collection, design analysis, and report writing. Phoebe's background includes lab staff experience at Frith Engineering Lab at Virginia Tech, an internship with the West Virginia Department of Transportation, and leadership as President of HokiePRIDE at Virginia Tech, focusing on LGBTQ+ advocacy. Phoebe holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and an Honors High School Diploma from Floyd County High School.
