Elena Kennedy

Elena Kennedy is an experienced educator and counselor currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at Gengras Center/University of St. Joseph since August 2021, while also working as a Classroom Assistant at Washington Montessori School since October 2020. Previously, Elena gained valuable experience as a Student Intern at the Connecticut Department of Children and Families, where work involved responding to reports of neglect and abuse through field investigations. Elena's background includes customer service as a Sales Floor Associate at R. Derwin Clothiers from September 2016 to May 2020. Academically, Elena is pursuing a Master of Arts in School Counseling and a Master of Science in Counselor Education at the University of Saint Joseph, complementing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
