Cole T. has a diverse work experience in the field of event management and athletics. Cole worked as an Assistant Manager of Ticket Operations for the Washington Nationals starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Student Assistant with the event management department at the University of Minnesota from 2020 to 2023. During this time, they gained experience in managing and supervising gameday event staff and setting up signage for various sports games, including baseball, football, hockey, basketball, volleyball, and wrestling. Cole also worked as an Office Assistant and an Event Manager for the Cambria Classic held at US Bank Stadium.
In 2022, Cole had the opportunity to intern as a Ticket Office Intern for the Minnesota Twins and as a VIP Seat Runner for both the MiLB and MLB at the Field of Dreams games. Cole managed a VIP seating area, provided directions, and assisted VIP attendees with concessions and venue information.
In 2021, Cole worked as a Student Assistant Event Manager for the NCAA and as an Umpire for the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletics Association. Cole also interned as a Racquetball Championship Intern for USA Racquetball, where they assisted with event set-up, maintenance, and clean-up. Additionally, they served as a VIP Attendant for a MLB game at Field of Dreams and held multiple roles as an Event Manager for Blue Diamond Hoops.
Cole's earliest work experience includes being an Assistant Basketball Coach for the Mayville Middle School during the 2020-2021 season.
Cole T. attended Mayville High School from 2015 to 2019. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. After completing high school, Cole T. enrolled at the University of Minnesota in 2019. Cole pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Management, which they completed in 2022. In addition to their degree, Cole T. also obtained a Sport Coaching Certification from the University of Minnesota in December 2022.
